We often ask for photos from customers during the quoting process, and one time we got a photo that really threw us!

Basically, the point of the photos is for us to confirm measurements, frame types, access –you probably get the idea. This means we need to see the ENTIRE window, including its frame, and this generally needs to be taken from outside the property.

One time, when the photos from a customer came through, they were of shards of glass in someone’s backyard lawn. Yep, we’re not kidding! How we were supposed to deduce the size of the window and frame was beyond us, but it’s an experience that has stayed with everyone in the office!
